The first urban sports festival in Bucharest, BCR Sport Arena Streetball, will take place in Drumul Taberei Park, Sector 6, from May 9–11. Alongside the 3×3 basketball competition and areas dedicated to other sports, the festival will also feature a series of magical entertainment moments.
Face Team, an acrobatic slam dunk and basketball freestyle crew from Hungary, will perform in Drumul Taberei Park on Saturday and Sunday, May 10–11. Over their two decades of activity, the group has delivered more than 3,000 live shows across five continents and holds 15 Guinness World Records related to basketball and trampoline jumping. They’ve even appeared on the Romanian TV show Românii au Talent.
Emilia Rotaru and Duo Badea, artists from the Bucharest Metropolitan Circus, will present juggling acts.
Trial biking fans will get to see Gabi Orban live, a three-time Guinness World Record holder and 20-time medalist in the national trial biking championships, with eight national titles to his name.
Cheerleaders from iSports Ploiești and dancers from Ana Dance School in Bucharest will also deliver multiple performances throughout the three-day event.
